We welcome everyone to stay in our fabulous static caravans at Haven’s Hopton Holiday Village but understand that disabilities and needs vary from person to person.
Whatever your disability, we are here to listen to your needs and do our best to accommodate your requirements. We want you to be able to book a wheelchair accessible / disabled caravan holiday that’s suitable for YOU. We are here to answer your questions, outline details of the park’s terrain and provide access information, respond to requests to bring specialist equipment and generally offer as much assistance as possible to accomodate you where we can. If we can’t accomodate your needs, we will be openly honest and look to improve our offering further as our business grows, putting you in touch with other owners on site that have specifically adapted caravans, where possible.
We are keen to work with more disabled-friendly organisations and charities and welcome guests to use grants towards their holiday costs. Please contact us to discuss grant details before booking.
