Who Will the Information be Shared With?
From time to time, we may need to share your information with our housekeeping team or other contractor involved in the provision of your holiday to enable them to contact you on day of arrival, during your stay or on check out for matters relating to your holiday.
Your surname will be shared with the holiday home owner at point of booking to enable them to keep track of bookings. Where a booking is ‘owner managed’, your full details will be shared to enable the owner to administer the booking.
Your data may need to be shared with the holiday home owner or their representative in the event of dispute or other eventuality.
Your booking data will be held securely on our booking system until you request removal.
Your data is never sold on and you can request removal at any point after your holiday by contacting us.
How Can you Change or Remove Your Information?
If you wish to update or remove your information, please contact us.
To remove yourself from the mailing list, you have the option to opt out using a link on the MailChimp email. At this point, Mailchimp will remove your data as outlined in their confirmation.
How Can You Unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe from promotions by clicking the relevant option on the email or replying to request removal.
